3.1 - Explain the importance of customer feedback
Customer feedback is essential to business. Without customer feedback, we don’t know how close we are to meeting their needs and cannot make the improvements to our service and products that help us keep our customers.
Asking for customer’s feedback shows we are interested in their opinion of our service and product and that their needs are important to us.
It can give us valuable insights into how the customer wants to be treated and what sort of experience they expect from us as well as the products they want to buy.
Getting feedback from a range of customer also helps us to separate individual opinion with general views of our business and can help separate fact from opinion.
