1.2 - Outline the teams objectives in achieving organisational targets

In today's organisations managers must empower, encourage and support the employees. Team performance is directly linked with the achievements of the team's objectives. It is like a bridge between the team and business performance results.

Objectives are what the team is expected to achieve.

Firstly they must know what the organisational targets actually are before teams can contribute to meeting them.
