eLearning is an increasingly important aspect of mainstream teaching and learning - but many teachers lack the confidence and the time to make the best use of the many free tools that are out there.
There is no shortage of companies ready to sell expensive equipment and software to schools and colleges but is this always the answer? How can schools, and colleges make the most of what is effective and freely available?
