This session explores the key approaches and strategies of successfully managed teams. The day will develop practical skills many of which can be implemented immediately and explores ways of working with both groups and individuals.
The course will facilitate the building of teams and ensuring there are open channels of communication within the team. It will explore methods of building ownership and responsibility whilst maintaining motivation. |
